Unfortunately, there is no way for us to bypass any sanctions or payment restrictions on Russia at this time. You will only be able to access app discounts within the app and email discounts online.

If a promo offer was made within the app and you cannot access it - this is a payment restriction that we cannot bypass and we are unable to offer you the same discount online as all promotions are run on an automated system.
