Your subscription is handled by Apple, Google, or Paddle (online purchase).
Please, follow these steps to cancel your Drops subscription or click on the hyperlinks below for further information:
iOS (Apple)
- Go to Settings on your iPhone
- Tap on your name
- Tap on subscriptions
- Tap on the subscription that you want to cancel
- Select Cancel Subscription
Android (Google)
- Open your Google Play Store
- Tap on Menu >> Account >> Subscriptions
- Find the Drops subscription that you want to cancel
- Select Cancel Subscription
Paddle (online purchase)
Open the following link and follow the instructions (cancel)
Please note that canceling a subscription through the App Store, Google Play Store, or online through Paddle does not automatically initiate a refund request. You still need to submit a refund request.
